Extensions and Alterations to a Family home

This project involved a series of planning applications to get our client the home they wanted.

We achieved planning approval to increase the existing footprint of 50 square meters to 150 square meters and added a first floor extension.

​

Following the approval of this application we are assisting the client moving forward to detailed design/ Building Regulations Approval.
